Garden Apartments
Our comfortable, clean, all-electric, Garden Apartments have over 900 square feet of living space. Each unit has two bedrooms, one bathroom, electric heat and air conditioning with beautiful parquet hardwood floors. The kitchens come with a refrigerator, range/stove combination, dishwasher and garbage disposer. There are 8 first floor apartments and 8 second floor apartments. Each apartment has a front entrance and back entrance. Both entrances open to a common hallway and staircase for added security and protection from the weather. Laundry facilities are conveniently located in the basements. The Garden Apartments are unfurnished and rent for $750 per month.
Town Houses
Our two-story Town Houses at Lincoln Village offer comfortable living with over 1200 square feet each plus the convenience of private entrances. Each all-electric Town House has 3 bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 baths. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are located on the first floor along with the washer/dryer hook-ups and a conveniently located 1/2 bath. The 3 bed rooms and a full bath are located upstairs. The 4 Town Houses have front porches that open on the courtyard. The unfurnished Town Houses rent for $850 per month.
