LINCOLN VILLAGE APARTMENTS

Lincoln Village is a twenty-unit apartment complex located on Johnstown Road in Beckley, WV. Our two buildings face each other across a grass courtyard. Each building contains 8 Garden Apartments and 2 Town Houses. Resident parking is provided on either end of the buildings. 

 

Our residents enjoy the convenience of worry-free apartment living in a quiet setting. Lawn maintenance, snow removal and repairs are done for you. We are conveniently located about a mile from downtown Beckley and less than 2 miles from the malls. Lincoln Viillage is very close to Interstates 64 and 77,  and US Rt. 19. We are less than 1 hour from Interstate 81 and just over an hour from Interstate 79. We are within walking distance to a Rite Aid Drug Store, the Raleigh County Convention Center, several churches and the FMRS Health Systems facility.

 

If you are interested in becoming a resident at Lincoln Village, you must fill out and submit an application along with a check for $40. We will use the information on the application to do a credit and background check using a professional screening agency. If you are a successful applicant, and you sign a lease with us, we will apply the $40 to your first month's rent. HUD is not accepted.
